KEESARA ADAPADUCHU ADIRAJU KANAKADURGA PASSED AWAY

PRIYA KEESARA VASATULLARA!

With a heavy heart and pain, I place on record the sad and sudden demise of our beloved sister Smt. Adiraju Kanaka Durga . She passed away after very very brief illness, which we call Anayasa Maranam, in the early hours of 5th June 2009 at a private hospital in Vijaywada. She was brought and obsequies were performed the next day on 6th June, 2009 at Nandigama by her only son Chy.Bhaskar with Sharddha and Bhakati. Shri Adiraju Poornachandra Rao, with whom Smt. Durga spent nearly six decades of happy marriage took every care to save her life, but to of no avail. We humbly pay respectful homage to her rememberance. May her soul rest in peace.

Late Kanaka Durga , is the first daughter to Smt Keesara Saraswathi Prasunamba and Shri K V R Narasima Rao. It is said she is born with a colour of Jasmin and was invisible when she was kept in white cloths. Our beloved uncle Shri Raparla Janaradhana Rao, then practising serious Yoga in Himalayas, came and saw the radiance of her face and asked the parents to give her to him, for bringing up, as, he is afraid, the parents, i.e., Smt.Prasunamba and Shri Narasimha Rao, might spoil her facial radiance. Such was the radiance of her body when she came to this holy earth.

Late Kanaka Durga was educated to the level of Secondary School and was married to Shri Poornachandra Rao at an early age of 13. She was very soft in style and humourous in talk, and an elder when advising people who seek her advise. All the members of the family loved her and liked her to their heart. She was at Neyveli when her husband was working as Engineer with Neyveli Lignite Corporation. She went on pilgrimage with her husband, to the far places in South on a Scooter driven by her husband. They came to Nandikotkur from Srisailam when the moderator was working with SBI Nandikotkur.

She was receiving all the guests with equal magnanimity irrespective of their social status. Since she was like that, many farmers from Nandalur and nearby places, visited their house at Nandigama when they heard the news of her demise. The congregation was more than 500 and she started her journey to the Almighty's abode with royal touch, with humble presence of near and dear. May her soul rest in peace.

As you are all aware that all the sons and daughters of Late Smt.Saraswathi Prasunamba have expressed their inner feelings and love grabbed from their mother in a book entitled "AMMA GYAPAKALU" and the book was brought out on her Eduri Masikalu. The moderator Mr. K.S.S.N.Sarma, has now built an internet archive and the same was saved permanently on the Internet. CHY MURTHY WINS AT SRIVENKATESWARA BHAKTI CHANNEL

Chy Murthy, S/o Late Shri KVR Narasimha Rao, participated in the TV show conducted by Sri Venkateswara Bhakti Channel, viz., "LAKSHMI KATAKSHAM" and won a prize to visit Tirupathi for four members of his family. SHASTIPOORTHI CELEBRATIONS OF MR.K.S.S.N.SARMA, S\O KVR NARASIMHA RAO

The Sastipoorthi celebrations of Mr.K.S.S.N.SARMA, s/o Late K.V.R.Narasimha Rao, have been celebrated on 6th and 7th November 2008 at 201,Swathi Residency, Ravindra Nagar Colony, Habsiguda, Hyderabad 500 007. The entire family of Late Shri K.V.R.Narasimha Rao, gathered in good number to wish Mrs. and Mr.K.S.S.N.SARMA.

The celebrations started with Mrittika Snanams on 6th November 2008 at 8.00 AM amidst Vedic Chantings by purohit. The snanam was conducted with 108 sacred measures containing waters from pious Ganges, Penna, Krishna, Godavari and Manjeera collected specially for the purpose by Chy.Bharadwaj Kumar and Chy.Sunil Kumar, sons of Mr.K.S.S.N.SARMA, with mrittika (the pious mud) from Tulasi Vanam. After this, the Sastipoorthi Couple were presented with new clothes by the sons and daughters-in-law as per the establisehd tradition.

At 5.00 PM, on the day, while the Maha Mandapam was being prepared for all the pious Yagnas by 11 Vedic Pundits , with 76 Mantra Kalasas, (60 Kalasas for Prabhavadi Samvastaras, 9 for Navagrahas,4 for Chaturdisa Varna Kalasas, 3 for Mrutyu,Ugraratha, Mrtunjaya Main Kalasas), the remaining Devathas being invited through Mantra Samhitha Tambula Awhayanam. The Shastipoorthi Couple honoured all the elder couple with New garments and with permission of the Vedic Purohits, the youngesters were also presented with New Garments.

The Shastipoorthi Couple then entered the Maha Mandapam amidst Veda Parayana and after Ganapati Pooja, the Rutvigarvanam, Panchagavya Prasana, the Maha Mandapa Aradhana was conducted. After Mangala Neerajana Mantrapushamulu, the day's Aradhana was concluded.

Early in the morning at 5.30 A.M , on 7th November,2008, the Pratah Kala Maha Manadapa Aradhana was conducted by the Sashti Poorthi Couple, followed by Rutvigarvanamu, Nakshatra,Navagraha Mrutunjaya Japalu,were held as per Vedic Traditions. Later on Ayushya Sukta Veda Parayanamu, Rudrabhisekhamu,Suryanamaskaramulu,Ayushya Homam, Mandapa Devatha Homamulu were held. The Poornahuti was held at 11.00 AM, with all the members of the family of Shri K.S.S.N.Sarma, participating with all attention.

All the Vedic Pundits were honoured with new clothes and Dakshinas.

At 11.30 AM, the Satachidrabhisekham (Jalleda Snanam) was held on Terrace of the building where all the relations and friends have participated in Mantra Prokshana of the pious river waters colllected specially by the sons of Shri Sarma.

The Lunch was held in the Cellar and with delicious food items being served, the relatives and friends enjoyed the same, with joy and happiness.

The Kalyana Veduka was held at 1.30 PM wherein the couple were felicitated by the relatives and friends profoundly with new clothes and various presentations.

Later in the night, the Mejuvani was held for the couple by Sons and Daughters-in-law, where everyone had enjoyed the event.

The Shastipoorthi Celebrations successfully came to an happy end with Mangala Harathi by the Keesaravamsam Adapaduchulu.

CHY.SOUNDARYA LAHARI'S BIRTH DAY CELEBRATION AT HYDERABAD ON 5TH MAY, 2008 AT "ATHITHI INN"

Chy.Sunil Kumar and Chy.Swapna Sundari have celebrated their daughter Chy.Soundarya Lahari's First Birth Day on 5th May, 2008 at "Athithi Inn" hotel at Hyderabad with pomp and gaiety. Relatives and Family Friends numbering more than 100 gathered at the function and greeted the couple and blessed Chy.Soundarya Lahari. A Majic show preceeded the function which was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids who attended the function. The Birth Day cake was cut amidst the traditional singing of Birthday songs and greetings. Later, the guests were treated with dinner. The function ended with good fare-well given by Chy.Sunil Kumar and Chy.Swapna Sundari to all the guests in a befitting manner.
