SHASTIPOORTHI CELEBRATIONS OF MR.K.S.S.N.SARMA, S\O KVR NARASIMHA RAO

The Sastipoorthi celebrations of Mr.K.S.S.N.SARMA, s/o Late K.V.R.Narasimha Rao, have been celebrated on 6th and 7th November 2008 at 201,Swathi Residency, Ravindra Nagar Colony, Habsiguda, Hyderabad 500 007. The entire family of Late Shri K.V.R.Narasimha Rao, gathered in good number to wish Mrs. and Mr.K.S.S.N.SARMA.

The celebrations started with Mrittika Snanams on 6th November 2008 at 8.00 AM amidst Vedic Chantings by purohit. The snanam was conducted with 108 sacred measures containing waters from pious Ganges, Penna, Krishna, Godavari and Manjeera collected specially for the purpose by Chy.Bharadwaj Kumar and Chy.Sunil Kumar, sons of Mr.K.S.S.N.SARMA, with mrittika (the pious mud) from Tulasi Vanam. After this, the Sastipoorthi Couple were presented with new clothes by the sons and daughters-in-law as per the establisehd tradition.

At 5.00 PM, on the day, while the Maha Mandapam was being prepared for all the pious Yagnas by 11 Vedic Pundits , with 76 Mantra Kalasas, (60 Kalasas for Prabhavadi Samvastaras, 9 for Navagrahas,4 for Chaturdisa Varna Kalasas, 3 for Mrutyu,Ugraratha, Mrtunjaya Main Kalasas), the remaining Devathas being invited through Mantra Samhitha Tambula Awhayanam. The Shastipoorthi Couple honoured all the elder couple with New garments and with permission of the Vedic Purohits, the youngesters were also presented with New Garments.

The Shastipoorthi Couple then entered the Maha Mandapam amidst Veda Parayana and after Ganapati Pooja, the Rutvigarvanam, Panchagavya Prasana, the Maha Mandapa Aradhana was conducted. After Mangala Neerajana Mantrapushamulu, the day's Aradhana was concluded.

Early in the morning at 5.30 A.M , on 7th November,2008, the Pratah Kala Maha Manadapa Aradhana was conducted by the Sashti Poorthi Couple, followed by Rutvigarvanamu, Nakshatra,Navagraha Mrutunjaya Japalu,were held as per Vedic Traditions. Later on Ayushya Sukta Veda Parayanamu, Rudrabhisekhamu,Suryanamaskaramulu,Ayushya Homam, Mandapa Devatha Homamulu were held. The Poornahuti was held at 11.00 AM, with all the members of the family of Shri K.S.S.N.Sarma, participating with all attention.

All the Vedic Pundits were honoured with new clothes and Dakshinas.

At 11.30 AM, the Satachidrabhisekham (Jalleda Snanam) was held on Terrace of the building where all the relations and friends have participated in Mantra Prokshana of the pious river waters colllected specially by the sons of Shri Sarma.

The Lunch was held in the Cellar and with delicious food items being served, the relatives and friends enjoyed the same, with joy and happiness.

The Kalyana Veduka was held at 1.30 PM wherein the couple were felicitated by the relatives and friends profoundly with new clothes and various presentations.

Later in the night, the Mejuvani was held for the couple by Sons and Daughters-in-law, where everyone had enjoyed the event.

The Shastipoorthi Celebrations successfully came to an happy end with Mangala Harathi by the Keesaravamsam Adapaduchulu.

CHY.SOUNDARYA LAHARI'S BIRTH DAY CELEBRATION AT HYDERABAD ON 5TH MAY, 2008 AT "ATHITHI INN"

Chy.Sunil Kumar and Chy.Swapna Sundari have celebrated their daughter Chy.Soundarya Lahari's First Birth Day on 5th May, 2008 at "Athithi Inn" hotel at Hyderabad with pomp and gaiety. Relatives and Family Friends numbering more than 100 gathered at the function and greeted the couple and blessed Chy.Soundarya Lahari. A Majic show preceeded the function which was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids who attended the function. The Birth Day cake was cut amidst the traditional singing of Birthday songs and greetings. Later, the guests were treated with dinner. The function ended with good fare-well given by Chy.Sunil Kumar and Chy.Swapna Sundari to all the guests in a befitting manner. CHY SAHISHNU'S KESAKHANDANAM FUNCTION AT VEDADRI

Chy.Bharadwaj Kumar and Chy.Naga Srivalli have performed Kesakhandanam and Annaprasana Function of their second son Chy.Sahishnu on 2nd May 2008 at Vedadri Punya Kshetram in Krishna District. Chy.Sunil and Chy.Swapna Sundari from New Delhi and Shri J.V.Nagaraju and his wife Smt. Kumari from Guntur, and his son Chy.Sridhar and his wife Chy.Naga Srivalli (Same name)from Narasaraopet Shri Gopinath and Smt.Padma also from Guntur have attended the function. My sister Smt. Adiraju Kanaka Durga and Bava garu Shri Poornachandra Rao along with his daugther-in-law have graced the fucntion from Nandigama. The function went on successfully with the arrangements being made by Chy. KDRN Sarma, (Rambabu) and his wife Smt. Sasi Kumari who have toiled for the successful hosting of the function. CHY.VAMSIKRISHNA GRUHAPRAVESAM

Chy.Vamsikrishna and Chy.Anuradha have purchased a 2bhk flat in Vijeta-Rinda apartments and The Gruhapravesam Function was held on 17th March, 2008 in the early hours at 3.41. The Gruhapravesam Function was lead by his parents Sri Vedadri Narasimha Sarma, and Smt. Katyani, in the best traditions of Vedic pracatices. Shri Vedadri Annaiah and Smt.Vadina entered the house amidst Vedic Chants of Purohits. The function was well attended by all relations and friends. The relations and friends were felicitated by Keesara Family headed by Shri Vedadri Annaiah

CHY. SRIKANTH'S MARRIAGE

The marriage of only son of Chy.Pardha Saradhi and Chy.Uma Devi was performed on 15th February,2008 at Ongole. These are the photographs taken on the occasion.

The marriage function was well attended by kith and kin from both sides of Chy.Saradhi and Chy.Uma. The couple performed Abhishekam to Lord Siva before embarking upon the sacred riturals of marriage. On the occasion, Chy. Saradhi and Uma falicitated elders and youngsters of both the sides, numbering more than 68 couples.

The marriage party consisting of more than 145 took off to Ongole in 2 special RTC buses at 5 AM on 15th morning preceeded by Bridgegroom's Car bedecked with rose petals and flowers.

The marriage party was received by bride's parents and relations at Ongole with traditional Sannai and sound blowing military band and all that happened later was clicked away for your information and kept on record herein.
